Rating and buying of UPS labels is working again. Please be advised that there might still be some intermittent issues while we continue to monitor the situation to make sure everything is working as expected.

Investigating

The UPS APIs we use to rate and buy labels are experiencing an outage right now. That means that purchasing UPS labels is currently unavailable. Scheduling pickups might intermittently work. We're working with our partners to help them fix this issue as quickly as possible, and will keep you updated.
